We’re Aubade Coffee, a small specialty coffee roaster based in Southern West Virginia. We roast coffee that we genuinely get excited about, and we partner with people who want to serve something a little different.

That means you’ll find coffees with bright acidity, expressive fruit, floral aromatics, and tasting notes that actually make you stop and say, “Wait, coffee tastes like that?”
We take a modern approach to roasting, building our profiles around clarity, sweetness, and the unique character of each coffee rather than trying to make every bean taste the same.
Our lineup changes as coffees come and go, so there’s always something new to discover.

BARISTA
TRAINING.
Great coffee deserves to be prepared well. Our barista training is built on hands on experience and formal coffee education, including SCA coursework, barista and coffee tasting classes, and training at Accademia del Caffè Espresso in Florence, Italy.
That knowledge is brought directly into our wholesale partnerships through hands on training for your team. From dialing in espresso and milk steaming to workflow, drink recipes, latte art, and coffee tasting, we’ll help your baristas understand not just what to do, but why they’re doing it.
The goal is simple: give your team the knowledge and confidence to consistently make great coffee.
