An “Aubade” is a morning love song or poem performed at dawn, celebrating the arrival of a new day. As a coffee company, we aim to do more than sell coffee each morning—we want to foster community by creating a warm, inviting space where people can gather, connect, and start their day together.
We started roasting coffee in 2023 because we just really love coffee. As we learned more and more about it, we began sharing our hobby with friends—and now we want to share it with you. Our plan isn’t just to sell coffee; it’s to share what we love with the community we love. As a specialty coffee business in Southern WV, our mission is to bring high-quality, third-wave coffee to our hometown.
