We started roasting coffee in 2023 because we just really love coffee. As we learned more and more about it, we began sharing our hobby with friends—and now we want to share it with you. Our plan isn’t just to sell coffee; it’s to share what we love with the community we love. As a specialty coffee business in Southern WV, our mission is to bring high-quality, third-wave coffee to our hometown.

An “aubade” is a morning love song or poem at dawn. Traditionally, it’s performed outdoors to celebrate the arrival of a new day. At Aubade Coffee, our goal as a local Princeton coffee shop is to capture that sense of morning hope and connection. We want to greet the dawn by offering a warm, intentional, and inviting space where our community can gather, connect, and start their days together.
